COVID-19 forced the world into isolation. Being a college student during the COVID-era meant that I needed to find a way to maintain my mental well-being without having the physical support of friends and family. While COVID-19 may have introduced more physical suffering into the world, we don't have to succumb to its mental torture too. I was able to conserve my sanity by sitting on this cushion everyday and observing my mind behind closed eyes in a tranquil state of meditation.
